Most recently, I served as an executive team member at a series D ed-tech startup, Paper, and was responsible for the People and Communication functions, which included Talent Acquisition, Public Relations, Internal and External communications teams. I played several interim executive roles to reshape the business strategy and operations, including leading the organization through workforce restructuring efforts, board readiness, redefining public relations and go-to-market (GTM) brand positioning, and as the interim head of Finance (accounting, equity and payroll).
In November 2023, I founded PeopleGPT, the fastest growing global community of people leaders and AI enthusiasts. Before Paper, I spent almost 5 years at Airbnb as their first global people ops leader, and played a key role in designing and implementing Airbnb's people and talent operations function to lead the company through significant milestones such as hyper growth, pandemic responses, workforce restructuring, IPO, and the future of work. This program eventually evolved into Airbnb's formal Live & Work Anywhere (future of work) program in 2022. By leveraging Airbnb's existing business model, I helped position the company as an industry leader in the future of work, enabling employees to live and work from anywhere. To support this initiative, I spearheaded the creation of a unique global Center of Excellence (COE) that brought together various teams to drive the vision and enhance the employee experience and business growth collectively.
I am an ongoing contributor to Forbes, guest faculty at the London Business School, and an avid traveler always exploring new destinations and cultural experiences.
